Kelly and Sean of Hamor Hollow Hedgehogs will be staying in a room on Friday night. Anyone staying at the hotel may sign in early for the show and see our judge, Stasi Kanyuck of Terrapin Hedgehogs, to get your official color category.

Any pre-arranged baby sales may be picked up Friday night or at sign-in on Saturday.

Rooms are being reserved for Friday May 2nd and Sat May 3rd.

May is a very busy season, so you will want to reserve your room in advance. We have 10 rooms being held, and we can get more if we need them.

Making Reservations: Guests may call the hotel directly when making their individual room reservations to guarantee special discounted rates quoted by calling 781-329-1000 and ask for reservations and mention the New England Hedgehog Association Group Block.

Individual reservations must be received by the above cut off date or rooms and special group rate become subject to availability. All room rates subject to 9.7% MA State and City occupancy tax. Room rates are net non-commissionable. All reservations must be guaranteed by each individual’s credit card or deposit in the amount of one night’s stay. Individual cancellations must be received by 6:00 pm on day of arrival or one night’s room and tax will be charged.

• The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Hotel, its owners and employees and managers from and against any and all damages, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from or in any way connected to this Agreement, excluding liability caused directly by the negligence of Hotel or its employees.
• All Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. We request you’re billing instructions at the time of booking. Requests for direct billing or other credit arrangements must be arranged in advance and approvals are based on satisfactory credit and trade reference checks. If direct billing has been approved, please note any amounts not paid when due will accrue at the interest rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is less. If we bring a collection action against you for payment of any amounts you owe under this agreement, you will be responsible for all collection costs including reasonable attorney fees.
• Requests for tax exemption are subject to state and federal regulation. A copy of both an ST2 and ST5 certificate as well as any other certificates are required by law should be submitted to the hotel at least 3 days prior to the event.
